Michael Kogan is the Founder and COO of Compel America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to free mental health resources for veterans, first responders, students, and individuals facing emotional or psychological challenges. Through strategic partnerships, education, advocacy, and innovative technology, Compel America works to remove barriers to mental health care while promoting resilience, hope, and recovery.

Michael is also the Founder and Clinical Director of Princeton Mindset Group, where he specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, depression, relationship challenges, and performance psychology. His clinical approach emphasizes careful assessment, individualized treatment, and helping clients develop practical skills that lead to lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief.

Michael holds undergraduate degrees from Drexel University and Gwynedd Mercy University, as well as a Master’s Degree from Gwynedd Mercy University. His work combines evidence-based psychological principles with practical, real-world strategies designed to help individuals regain confidence, emotional stability, and purpose.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked with veterans, first responders, executives, athletes, families, and individuals recovering from trauma. In addition to his clinical practice, he has developed programs focused on suicide prevention, trauma recovery, peer support, and community education. He is also leading the development of innovative technology platforms designed to provide immediate access to both professional and peer mental health support.
